  1. Small info, this morning, the info of 5eraph was just 7 hours old, the European content servers of MS still the old certificates were present. It lasted about 2-3 hours until the current certificates were also available here. Therefore, no one should be surprised if the current certificate updates are not available at the same time, especially if the info is very up-to-date! (If the Cert_Updater only updates old root certificates, simply run them again at a later time.) @5eraph Thank's for the info!

  3. The following updates are available for XP: KB3192321 for Timezone Info: Already appeared on 10/17/2016, was available from 11/08/2016 as a critical update and was endowed by Publication date on 11/07/2016. KB3194371 KB3196718 KB3197835 for IIS (Internet Information Services for Webserver-, FTP-, E-Mail-, WebDAV- and Index-Service.) Info: This component is installed and executed by POSReady 2009 by default, whereas in Windows XP Professional it is installed later and thus the update is available only with WU/MU if this component is present.) KB3198218 KB3198234 KB3198510 KB3203859 KB3197655 for IE-Explorer 8 The security update for the .NET Framework 3.0 for WES09 and POSReady (KB3188734) in the Microsoft Update Catalog was also changed to the release date of 11/07/2016, although there were no changes to the patch. (The October Update at once in November. ) Then I noticed in the Downloadcenter an update for Microsoft Visual C ++ 2015 Redistributable Update 3, which contains an update for Microsoft Visual C ++ 2010 Redistributable behind it. I could not find any information.
  4. @dencorso Running Java on web pages was very limited by Oracle. The error message I get to see IE8. @all Flash Player Version 23.0.0.205 has been released! The Internet Explorer ActiveX plugin is available here: http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/pdc/23.0.0.205/install_flash_player_ax.exe The NPAPI for Firefox is available here: http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/pdc/23.0.0.205/install_flash_player.exe Currently, the Flash Player for Opera or Chromium (install_flash_player ppapi.exe) version v23.0.0.205 can be used! Tested with Google Chrome v49.0.2623.112.
  5. Only certified pages where Oracle (Certificate) has been released work. This page (with Google Chrome 44.0.2403.130) should work, as well as for me the JDownloader. Tested with the current Java release.
  6. no backslash! DontReportInfectionInformation or Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\MRT] "DontReportInfectionInformation"=dword:00000001 for Reg file.
  7. MSRT I've never installed on my Windows XP, have Avast and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware in use. I also have an older firewall (Sygate Personal Firewall) installed, which is still better than that of Windows XP. (This at least asks me whether I want to allow a connection with appropriate information what calls and where the packets are sent)
  8. @FranceBB Is there of the PAE patch (version 5.1.2600.6368 from May 2013) already an updated patch from the kernel of KB3191256 (version 5.1.2600.7146)? Think about possible vulnerabilities. Is there a problem with the USB drivers from XP?
  9. Try it with Zippyshare (200 MB per file), encrypt files the best. I also use, very unproblematic.
  10. KB3192321 (Cumulative time zone update) replaces KB3182203! The following entry has been added: HKLM,"%TZROOT%\Turkey Standard Time\Dynamic DST", "2017", 0x1, 4C,FF,FF,FF,00,00,00,00,C4,FF,FF,FF,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00
  11. Today coming Java security update SE8u111 / SE8u112. Info: 8u111 Update Release Notes / 8u112 Update Release Notes
  12. At this point, but with the IE8 hardly a website still works, this should be installed in Windows XP so that the cumulative updates for this can be installed! The reason is that the more and more components for the internet communication of Windows XP, are included above the update for IE8. This month for KB3191492, the file "inetcomm.dll" for the first time. The file was last updated on 11/08/2011 by single update KB2544893-v2. In my opinion is, especially as regards the security aspects, a browser one should no longer use the Internet and should rather avoid alternatives. Meanwhile the website of the Microsoft Update Catalog also works with other Internet browsers.
  13. New timezone update KB3192321 has been released. Info: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3192321
  14. @Dave-H Very strange behavior, these problems I have not, can jump at Youtube easily at another time. I have tried various flash games, can not provoke any crashes. BTW, Firefox works in HTML5 (Full HD with h264) wonderfully, there is a thread in this forum for guidance about it.
  15. @Dave-H Can not understand, especially since I have no crashes or other problems when I use the flash version 23.0.0.185 in Google Chrome. Where or on what websites did the problems occur? Just have a test run with an even older version (44.0.2403.130) of Google Chrome, works for me impeccably!? Thats funny!
  16. @sdfox7 First, install "install_flash_player_23_ppapi.exe", then copy the "pepflashplayer32_23_0_0_185.dll" and "manifest.json" files from "%windir%\system32\Macromed\Flash" to "%ProgramFiles%\Google\Chrome\Application\49.0.2623.112\PepperFlash". Finally, delete the existing file "pepflashplayer.dll" and rename the file "pepflashplayer32_23_0_0_185.dll" to "pepflashplayer.dll". For me the version 23.0.0.185 works so far.
  17. Currently, the Flash Player for Opera or Chromium (install_flash_player ppapi.exe) version v23.0.0.185 can be reused! Tested with Google Chrome v49.0.2623.112.
  18. @Dclem NDP30SP2-KB3188734-x86.exe 10/10/2016 http://download.windowsupdate.com/d/csa/csa/secu/2016/09/ndp30sp2-kb3188734-x86_1a1e2f42b2aaf963a2d79a8072f08e29243a3330.exe NDP40-KB3189017-x86.exe 10/10/2016 http://download.windowsupdate.com/d/msdownload/update/software/secu/2016/09/ndp40-kb3189017-x86_3100ea6231780b202c1bbc764cd460a8d84bc542.exe @all My .NET Framework Lists also updated!
  19. @all There is an update of the root certificates: authroots.sst from 09/16/2016 Those using heinoganda's Cert_Updater.exe should run it ASAP. Others needing a redistributable rootsupd.exe should follow his instructions for creating their own, or PM at 5eraph for an updated EXE file.
  20. In this sentence, the translator has apparently failed, sorry for my bad english. Have it "Hopefully" improved. Nonetheless was "Married on the Sea" good.
  21. I believe MS has already Demonstrates based on the definition file, what is still could be thrown for billets in the way the Windows XP users at MSE. Which of these spitefulness are still possible, the future will tell.
  22. As "Plosa" suspected this case is, as I have it in a previous post (Figure 4) simulated occurred! Important information regarding the installation of my modded version 4.8.204.0 Rev. 3: This may not be installed as an update if a version already installed over version 4.4.304.0! It must be uninstalled first, the no longer functioning MSE version! Supplement: In the original version of MSE 4.8.204.0 well service suspended respectively no longer running. Short summary, all original versions of MSE on Windows XP over version 4.4.304.0 are from 1st September "Checkmate"!
  23. @dencorso I would be interested if this problem occurs even when my modified version 4.8.204.0, especially in the version 4.6.305.0 no modification to the Service (MpSvc.dll) was made, but only the file "msseces.exe" from version 4.4.304.0 was added (see this post). In the version 4.8.204.0 I have a different approach and made a modification to the Service (MpSvc.dll) (As this barrier function should no longer apply). Unfortunately I only have until August to testing MSE (mod. Version 4.8.204.0 Rev. 3) installed in the VM where I did not have this problem.
  24. What after the version 4.8 came from MSE, was no longer compatible with XP respectively no longer executable! In version 4.8 I lib "MpSvc.dll" for the service modified to allow the warnings on Windows XP no longer effective. If me still or again conspicuous Error MSE Updater under certain scenarios, this will be offered as soon as possible update. What the future brings so in terms of the definition updates for MSE on Windows XP will tell.
  25. Have you ever tried to "MpCmdRun.exe -RemoveDefinitions -All" to set the database of MSE back? At least in my scenarios ran solve many problems with it. In my offered MSE Updater an option exists. Personally, I use MSE not regularly, but for testing purposes in my virtual machine. For this purpose, I use the version 4.8.204.0 (Without the message of support for XP ended is).
