I finally resolved this issue after intensive brainstorm. See, recently some cool sites also stop loading for me with any browser on my quad-core XP machine. So i figured out that it's DNS servers. I changed DNS in my TCP\IP settings in Win XP to Cloudfare DNS addresses (cause they fastest and supposed to be secure). And, Voila - those pictures from 4pda and cool sites began to load.

VC4 does not support the OPT:NOICF flag used in js/src/Makefile.in. As far as I remember, disabling optimization flags should work, but will mean using the resulting application will be slow. As a note, see bug 151066. It's been a while since I've tried compiling Mozilla source code using Visual C++ 4.x, but I do remember having an error in layout/style/nsRuleNode.h, but I don't remember the message or what caused it.

@roytam1 Would it be possible to create a VC2015 branch in your palemoon27 repository, then merge the latest Arctic-Fox commits? If you can build it using Visual C++ 2015, that would be a great start so I can try my hand at a Visual C++ 2013 build.

Can you disable it anyways?  It's unnecessary for MIPS.

Also, did you forget your retrozilla fork Crescent Vine? There are pull requests that should have merged but for some reason sincr october you never did...

Running official 64-bit AVX optimized version of Pale Moon on an old processor without AVX instruction set through Intel Software Development Emulator version 8.59 (none of the current versions seem to emulate anything here):

It launches in over 3 minutes with extensions, loads web pages, but very slowly, practically unusable.

Thought it was slow before? Run it through Intel SDE! Now that's real slowness!

Its time for them to move to Chromium or Firefox if they don't want to deal with the slowness caused by AVX requirement in Pale Moon.
